Hey counselor…

Good morning.  We’re producing a report tonight for CBS News about the outcome of the civil suit in Erin Smith v. David Walls-Kaufman here in DC federal court.

We’ve interviewed Ms. Smith for her thoughts on the case and the outcome.

Checking for a 3pm deadline:

Any comment you or your client would care to share about the case … for our report?

I sent the following reply that included my two previous blog posts on the case:

Dear Mr. McFarlane

C/O CBS News

The only statements I’ve made are the following that are up on my website theoryofeverythingdrdavid.com. I would also note the homepage of that website that outlines my theory of everything/unified theory that only makes this entire sadistic lawsuit and sadistic finding all the more comically ironic. This, since I am the first man in five thousand years of civilization to mathematically formulize human thriving and functional optimization around a central consistent factor.

I would also direct you to my just-published book “The Genius MachineTM and the Theory of Everything.” The sadistic rulings of Judge Anna Reyes, the sadistic case by lawyer Mr. David Webber, and the sadistic jury verdict of nearly $500,000–for a crime that never happened—as attested to by Assistant US Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Kiok, as taken duly into consideration by Judge Jia Cobb in my criminal sentencing—she gave me two months in prison rather than the six requested by Mr. Kiok, is only going to look worse as they wear their statements, conduct and decisions as time goes by.

I will also post your request for comment, Mr. McFarlane, and this response to show your probable fact-selection process that leans away from a full airing of the facts—and even the full airing of a much more interesting story—for a slanted portrayal of me.

[Again, I’m only making these replies as a sanity-giving response for us people who are being lawfared by both the media and the administrative class who ignore fairness and the more interesting, truthful story seemingly to keep some of us pinned down as hate-objects for a class of people who are only more revealing their questionable means and ends.]
